As happened in the opening ceremony of the Games, 25,000 people filled the Mersin stadium to attend live closing ceremony. The ceremony began with the traditional parade of different sports branches, continued with institutional discourses and finished with the delivery of the Games flag to Tarragona on the part of the city of Mersin.
