If you are a private individual you can register the application (Application form + complementary information of the production) to Oficina Municipal d'Atenció Ciutadana (OMAC) or online at e-Tràmits. If you are the legal representative of a company, or you are registering on behalf of a company, the procedure can only be done online.
For locations that are not municipal public domain, please contact the office for advice. These may include beaches and portuary public domain.
